pretty good day

i just wanted to post really quick before i head to bed. this wont be near as long as the last post. promise. today was a pretty good day. i slept wonderfully last night. and woke up feeling better than the past 4 mornings. that was a relief. i also woke up to a less "hivey" body. my hives were a lot less red and puffy. and, i didn't itch all night in my sleep like i did all weekend. i kinda felt sluggish this morning, but i think that is related to the fact i: A)was at vandy 75% of the day monday. and B)i went to bed at 1am. but once i got moving i felt better. my hives were at bay pretty much all day. i didnt even take benadryl until tonight at dinner, and my hives didnt itch all day! the only time they have itched all day is after my treatment. the vest really, and i mean really, irritates my skin. these hives get very angry when i do the vest. red and itchy. ouch. anyway. also, when mom went to pick up my prescription today the pharmacist told her i was not the only patient that had an allergic reaction to the red dye in that certain medicine, she said there were several. im really thinkin this is definitely the culprit! i guess we will see. i didnt call the dr today to start IVs. im going to wait and see how the next few days go.

tomorrow, i may go work out at the Y, and mom and i are going to try and run a few errands. other than that im going to take it easy at home.

~also, i mentioned a little girl in my prayers a few posts ago, ansley. they found out she had cancer and they were starting chemo. i saw her grandfather out today and he gave me her caringbridge site. i put the link in my "links" to the right. keep her and her family in your prayers.
