it's monday. you know what that means?!
time for not me! monday. where myself and other bloggers confess what they've done in the past week and move on with life. so here goes...
-when taking down the christmas decor last week i did not sit on my bum and watch mom while she did not stuff oodles and oodles of strands of lights from the tree in a box, instead of wrapping them neatly around cardboard like dad had so ever politely asked her to do. because she would never ever do that, and i would never allow her to do such a thing. ever.
-while bowling with the fam i definitely did not witness madison as she gave her bowling ball a nice "slllurrrp" lick. and when i gasped in horror and said "madison ew. don't LICK your bowling ball!!!" she did not reply "its dirty leelee, im cleaning it!". shes much too refined to ever lick a bowling ball.
-while having to feed my younger pup Bo the "bland diet" suggested by a vet friend, consisting of white rice and low-fat cottage cheese, because of a stomach issue he was having...i did not watch my mother hand feed him this concoction and think that was acceptable because it was the only way he would eat it. i would never think that was okay. or normal.
those are things i DID NOT do this past week....but wanna know what i have done?! i most certainly have gone 10 whopping days without any sort of antibiotic and still feel good!! fever-free and all. granted, these north-pole like temperatures aren't my friend. but im trying to stay inside as much as possible..venturing out to go to church or do other things that are a must. my appetite it still smashing! so far the new year is off to a great start. new years eve i took it easy with catherine here at my house eating amazing food and playing games. then, i did wonder over to natalies saturday night for an amazing dinner she cooked for jess, catherine and myself, then our moms came for dessert and games. we had so much fun!! anyway, thats whats gone on the past week. hopefully, ill continue on this great path.

~that i continue on this antibiotic-free, fever-free streak. ten days and counting. this is the longest i've gone w/o abx & fever since the beginning of 2009!!! praise Him.
