waiting game

im posting later than i meant to...i was going to let yall know about my doctor's appointment when i got home from church last night, but i was so tired that i just ate dinner, watched shows and went to bed. i didnt have the energy to post. but i do now!

the infectious disease appointment went well. it wasn't a big deal at all really. Dr. R {the transplant dr} wanted me to be seen by the infectious disease guys because of the C Diff i had back in march. the ID docs wanted to have a game plan for before and after the transplant in case i were to have another case of C Diff. we talked about other things too. as well as H1N1. even though they are sure i had H1N1 back when i had the flu in September, they want me to get the vaccine because A-i was never tested for the H1N1, and B-it wont hurt me to get the vaccine and it will definitely keep me from getting it in the future. basically thats all that we discussed. it wasn't a big deal, no tests, pokes, or scans! yay! Dr. D {ID} said he will meet with the transplant team friday. he isnt positive they will discuss me in that meeting but if they do i should be getting a phone call friday. now its a waiting game. just sitting around waiting for that phone call. when i do get it i will be making a big post letting you know!
