while im awake ill post!!!

i am awake!!! for now anyway. since monday morning i have been asleep a majority of the time. i guess it is much needed sleep though.

mondays heartcath went well. we waited until about 9A for them to get started and the procedure took about an hour. i remember only smiggins of the procedure. every now and then i would feel something...like one time i felt my right foot get really cold, and i told them, and she gave me more sleepy medicine. they were really great, and listened to every thing i said. when they were done i had to ley flat longer then expected-a total of four hours i think. after about 3 hours i got to stand up and go to the restroom, but i was still very very sleepy and got really lightheaded while standing up. and i was still in a lot of pain, so the dr wanted me to stay a little longer to heal, and let some of the medicine wear off. {they gave me a lot more pain medicine and anesthesia than they thought they were going to} finally a little after 2 i got to go home. when we got home i got out of the car, and stood very slowly...and the room was spinning by the time we got inside. Bo knew something was wrong when mom practically had to carry me inside. then she had to lay me in the floor. Bo layed down beside me and layed his head on me then peed everywhere!!!!! luckily it wasn't on carpet or on me!! but we think he was scared and he had been holding it all day! finally, i stood up and attempted to come upstairs. i made it up but had to lay down as soon as i got up here. when i was finally settled in and covered up i slept the rest of the afternoon. and evening. and night. waking up to eat and use the restroom when i had to. we watched heroes that night, but i dont remember what happened. o well. the past two days i have been taking it very easy and sleeping. all the time. i have rehab on friday, hopefully ill be able to go and do a little.

the heartcath wasn't what i had expected at all. i really had no idea how sore i was going to be after. i was a lot more sick and sore than i ever thought i would be. the results of the heartcath were what they were expecting. my pressures were a little high and the right side was a little bigger than the left. so nothing unexpected, which is good.

as far as friday i dont know now if we will find out if im listed or not. it may be a few more weeks. i know i have an infectious disease appointment next wednesday. so, im not sure if they will go on and list me this friday before that appointment, or if they will wait until after. but as soon as i know i will post! promise.

here i am snoozing away when i got home.
and this is where my puppies stayed all evening.

they have been by my side all week...wait, what am i saying?...they have always been by my side:) they always know when im not feeling well, and they want to be with me whenever i am.

anyway, as soon as i know something new i will post! hopefully that will be friday!
