Halloween Weekend!!!

happy halloween everyone!!! im sure some of you have big plans for the weekend, some may just be sitting at home watching football and handing out candy. either way this is one of my favorite holidays!!! tonight i had a halloween party planned; but had to cancel because of the impending weather. it seems like the rain has caused a wrinkle in many plans this year. im pretty bummed we had to cancel, it was going to be loads of fun. i think it may have turned out for the better though- as i look outside now it looks like a storm is on the horizon, and i have a terrible sinus headache. so i guess everything happens for a reason? the girls came over to spend the night. i think we're going to paint and carve pumpkins, watch halloween movies. and eat yummy beef stew!!! tomorrow we will go to my nanas annual halloween chili supper {or lunch} im looking forward to the fun halloween weekend, even if it didnt turn out exactly how we first planned it. im planning on posting some pictures of the weekend when i get a chance. for now im going to lay down and give this headache a chance to run its course {come on hurry up and storm already!}
