cleaning cobwebs

long time no see...or talk? or whatever it may be. it has been a long time. i think there are cobwebs in my blog! sorry about the absence. i've been super busy and feeling super good. praise praise!!! i haven't had a dr's appt either. so i haven't really had anything to write about. ive had a GREAT week though. all of my friends are back in town and we have been taking major advantage of this! and i've had a slew of family events to attend. i feel like i haven't set down the past week.

last friday night madison had her first dance recital! she did SO good. and im not being partial...well maybe i am but do you blame me? really though. she did the whole dance, and she was the only little girl up there that didnt miss a step! we were so proud of her! after the recital was over i wanted a nice family photo of everyone. well if you notice madison doesn't look her perky self. she looked at Oma after we took the picture and said "oma, i think im going to throw up." poor thing she had to throw up in the flower bed and she was most upset, because she told Oma "you're supposed to throw up in the toilet oma!!" after she was done getting sick we took this picture...

she was feeling much better! we think she just got REALLY hot after dancing, and having eaten before didn't make matters better for her belly. she was SO cute in her little maid costume!
after the recital mom, dad, me, and nat went to Pei Wei!!! YUMMMY! my FAVORITE! i hear we are getting one close to home soon, so im super excited! Saturday was my cousin, Emily's, 5th birthday party. we had a great bbq! all kinds of yummy summer time food!
this week i have been watching my cousin, sydney. this is kind of a summer tradition- i guess you could call it. she goes to a lot of camps during the summer, then we watch her two or three weeks out of the summer. we've had a great week!
nothing else new is happening.
aaron is in North Carolina this week. mom said he's having a real hard week, being away from the girls and kristina. keep him and the family in your prayers the next two weeks, it's gonna be hard.
