pocket full of sunshine

well im just here to report great things. no doctor appointments. no bad symptoms. no negative thoughts! all things good.

after that amazing doctor's appointment last week i continued on that high through the weekend. thursday, mom and i went on a lunch date with janie, penny, and montana. we went to cheddars and then shopped around hville a little! it was great to spend the day with them! and lunch was delicious!!!



that evening my parents and i took Bo and walked around the block! without the help of my oxygen!! i cant walk during the day because the sun is SO blaring hot and the humidity is so thick that it feels like a frying pan hits you in the face when you open the door. so walking around 8 in the evening is perfect. i hadn't planned on walking the whole loop we take on a normal basis {aka: back when i wasn't on O2} we would just go to the end of the sidewalk and turn around. but i just kept on walking and Bo was doing a great job too, and the next thing i knew we were at the half way mark, so there was no point in turning around so we just kept going! i think my parents were so excited- i know i was! it felt great to walk that far!

friday we went to lay out at susan's pool and that night carolina and i went to dinner and watched a movie back at her place. then saturday we laid out at her neighborhood pool. i am loving this summertime weather. so far the past few days have been perfect for laying out. and the water has felt fabulous to top things off.

church was great today. we had a great time in the 20s something class and we're finally getting some fun things planned for this summer. i can't wait!!! im sure ill be posting more about them as they arrive!

i think this week is going to be great. my cousin sydney is coming tomorrow and tuesday to spend the day. we're going to still try and make it to yoga in the morning though. also, ill be calling the pulmonary rehab guys to make my first appointment with them. maybe it'll be this week?! i think the weather is going to be a bit cooler {not a stifling 96} more like high 80's with low humidity!!! and i cant wait for the 4th on saturday!

~aaron continues his job hunt this week. got some promising leads about places that were hiring-and he is going to check them out. pray his hunt will end positively and soon.
