these are a few of my favorite things

i intended on having a post for you guys to read yesterday morning! see, i started writing this post earlier yesterday morning. then, i got distracted and couldn't finish. then it took me forever to write all of my favorite things. so that is why you didn't have a post to read yesterday. all of that to say...here is my post from yesterday today:

i am so incredibly blessed. i love my life and the (things) that are in it. i dont mean just material things. i mean everything. the big things the small things. so. i wanted to blog them down so i don't forget them. so i can come back on days that im blue and remember what i have and put a smile back on my face. these are the things that make me smile day to day. these are a few of my favorite things..........

reading a good book in complete silence by a window...when both of my puppies curl up in my lap to nap...the smell of rain on the pavement on a hot summer day...a new crisp journal to write in...sunday afternoon naps(something about a sunday nap is so different from napping any other day of the week. dunno why??)...driving with my windows down...a goooood cup of coffee...laughing till it hurts...a new bottle of nail polish...flipping through old photo albums...playing board games...talking for hours with friends...getting mail...seeing my nieces face light up when i walk in the room...hearing them(nieces) play together...cold coke on ice...crisp clean sheets...candycanes...putting pjs on at the end of the day...the smell of new tennis shoes...CSI reruns...my pups meeting me at the top of the stairs whenever i get home, never fails they meet me every time...laying my head on my pillow at night...hugs...and the list goes on.......

i really liked posting this. i think i may have more posts like this in the future. i just smiled every time i thought of something. but like i said, i started this yesterday morning and im really sorry its just now getting posted. i also have been waiting to hear from the doctor. i called monday morning and still haven't heard back about what to do for these hives. im praying i hear something soon and it is a good plan the resolves the hives. they are so so painful i don't know how much longer i can take it. besides that nothing else new is happening. the snow is starting to melt away. and mom and i actually got out of the house. my appetite remains great. and im still feeling good too (besides the hives of course). ill update as soon as i hear something from the doctor.
